To all who had signed up for Karlyn Holman's workshop we are sad that her cancer has come back but she has a very positive attitude. I will try to keep you updated when I hear any news. She would love to hear from you and her address is on her website.

If you go to  website mentioned above and read Sue Primeau's Bio, she has studied and traveled with karlyn for years. She has that wonderful uplifting spirit and very inspiring to all of us.
Hope you will consider this workshop

In place of Karlyn's workshop, the college is offering two mini workshops
Sue Primeau Jan 9-10 watercolor Class# 2543.601 P$137 9-4
Nationally known, Sue will teach us "Beautiful Paintings with Luminous Pouring". The process of pouring is similar to the ancient art form of batik because it relies on the process of resist, in this case, masking fluid instead of wax. It's messy and it's fun. Their is a freedom and spontaneity in this process that results in beautiful luminous paintings every time. WWW.teamingpondinc.com

Louise Jackson Jan 12-13 watercolor Class # 2544.601 P$122 9-4 Nationally known, Louise will teach a Burgundy Rose on Lace with Green Glass and the Pink Dahlia. Learn to paint the folds in cloth as well as create the form and shapes of the rose petals. The design is on the rich burgundy background created by liquid watercolor. The liquid watercolors will be provided
The Pink Dahlia is a flower with many petals, we will pour on the mid value of color. It is fun and saves a lot of time.
